These Terms of Use explain the rules for using the Soccer Match mobile app, website, account system, in-game features, fantasy modes, league and friendship features, notification system and related digital services.
By using Soccer Match you are deemed to accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept the terms, you should not use the app.
In this text, "Soccer Match", "the app", "we" or "us" refer to Soccer Match services; "user", "you" or "account holder" refer to people who use the app.
1. Service Description
Soccer Match is a mobile entertainment app offering football-themed quiz, prediction, fantasy squad, player card, league, mission, market, wheel, friendship and multiplayer features.
The app is offered solely for entertainment and gameplay. Soccer Match offers no system for real-money top-ups, cash withdrawals, real-money prizes or out-of-app economic value. The GM, Coin, XP, cards, players, badges, mission rewards, spin rights, levels, tiers and all in-game values in the app are purely virtual game elements.
2. Account Creation and Use
You may need to create an account to use some Soccer Match features. The information you provide when creating an account must be accurate, current and belong to you; you are responsible for the security of your account. You agree to the following obligations:
- Not to transfer your account to others.
- Not to make your account available for use by others.
- To keep your account credentials confidential.
- To contact us if you notice unauthorized access.
- To use the app in accordance with the law, these Terms of Use and fair-play rules.
Soccer Match may restrict account access temporarily or permanently for reasons of security, cheating prevention, abuse prevention or legal obligation.
3. Age Requirement
Soccer Match is not a service specifically targeted at children. To use Soccer Match you must be at least 13 years old; if a higher age limit applies in your country, that limit is valid. Minors must use the app with the knowledge and permission of a parent or legal representative. If it is determined that a user under 13 has created an account or used the app, the account may be closed and the personal data deleted or anonymized in accordance with legislation.
4. Virtual Currency and In-Game Values
The GM, Coin, XP, cards, players, mission rewards, badges, spin rights, levels, tiers and other in-game values in Soccer Match are entirely virtual game elements.
These values:
- Are not real money and carry no real monetary value.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Cannot be used outside the app.
- Cannot be sold to or freely transferred to other users.
- Create no investment, earnings, receivable or ownership right.
To preserve game balance, fix technical errors and prevent cheating or abuse, Soccer Match may adjust, limit, revoke or update in-game values, rewards, missions, market content, cards, player values, scores and virtual balances. These actions are taken solely to keep the app running in a secure, fair and balanced way.
5. Advertising and In-App Purchases
Soccer Match includes advertising, rewarded ads and real-money in-app purchases. The relevant terms, pricing information and user preferences are explained in the app. In-app purchase payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; Soccer Match does not collect or store full credit card information.
6. User Conduct Rules
While using Soccer Match, the following are prohibited:
- Trying to gain a system advantage by opening multiple accounts.
- Using bots, scripts, automation tools or unauthorized software.
- Abusing vulnerabilities in the app.
- Trying to manipulate scores, rewards, virtual balances, XP, cards or game results.
- Harassing, threatening or disturbing other users.
- Using profanity, insults, discrimination, hate speech, violence, obscenity or offensive content.
- Using inappropriate expressions in usernames, league names, profile fields or visible areas.
- Sharing false, misleading or third-party information.
- Trying to access other users' accounts.
- Copying the app, attempting to extract its source code, reverse engineering or reproducing it without permission.
- Taking actions that disrupt the security, performance or normal operation of the app.
If these rules are violated, the relevant content may be removed, the account may be temporarily or permanently restricted, in-game values may be adjusted, or, where necessary, the account may be closed.
7. User Content and Moderation
In Soccer Match, usernames, league names, profile information, friendship interactions, multiplayer interactions, report descriptions and feedback may be content that becomes visible to other users. To maintain a safe and respectful environment:
- Inappropriate usernames, league names and visible content may be reviewed.
- Profanity, insults, threats, harassment, discrimination, spam, fraud or harmful content may be removed.
- Users may report or block other users.
- Reports are reviewed within a reasonable time.
- For repeated or severe violations, accounts may be temporarily or permanently restricted.
Soccer Match is not directly responsible for content created by users; however, it reserves the right to take the necessary measures against reported or detected violations.
8. Third-Party Sports Data
Fixture, match result, team, player and statistics information in the app may be sourced from API-Football / API-Sports or other third-party sports data providers. This data is used to support the game experience; the accuracy, currency, completeness or uninterrupted delivery of sports data is not guaranteed. Only football data is obtained via API-Football / API-Sports; no user account, email, password, friend list, virtual balance or profile information is transferred to these providers.
9. Service Availability and Changes
Soccer Match does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or always accessible. Due to maintenance, updates, technical faults, security measures, third-party service outages or force majeure, all or some features of the app may be temporarily unavailable. Soccer Match reserves the right to update, change, limit or remove app features, game modes, missions, rewards, market content, cards, player values, the scoring system, league rules and virtual in-game values. Such changes may be made to keep the app running in a secure, balanced, fair and sustainable way.
10. Account Deletion
You can close your account from within the app via Profile → Delete My Account. If you cannot access the app, you can submit your account/data deletion requests via the link below or by email:
Account closure disables sign-in and removes or replaces the email address, username and linked social account identifiers with pseudonymous values. This does not permanently delete or anonymize all records. The user identifier (UUID), transaction and Coin history and some related records remain in the system; your sign-in credentials (including the password hash) are deleted. Refresh sessions are revoked; their records are not immediately erased. Squad and league memberships are cleaned up after the relevant league ends. Retention periods by category: analytics events 180 days; raw purchase data 12 months; error and crash logs 90 days; the account record until the account is closed. Account closure does not itself initiate a store refund.
Core service data are continuously processed on Hetzner Online GmbH servers in Nuremberg, Germany. Firebase Analytics is not used; Firebase Crashlytics provides crash diagnostics and Cloud Messaging delivers notifications. Server diagnostics use Sentry in the EU region, with personal-data sending disabled and filtering applied. AppsFlyer is enabled in the production release. User-linked Gol Yolu anomaly records support security review without automatic sanctions.
11. Privacy and Personal Data
Soccer Match processes your personal data within the scope of the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Clarification Text. 12. Intellectual Property
The Soccer Match brand, name, logo, designs, software, interface, game mechanics, texts and original content belonging to the app are owned by the relevant rights holders. The app, in whole or in part, may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, reverse engineered or used commercially without permission. For content created by users — usernames, league names, feedback, report descriptions and similar — the user grants Soccer Match a limited right of use to display, process, moderate and use that content within the app to the extent necessary for the operation of the service.
13. Limitation of Liability
Soccer Match strives to provide the app with reasonable care; however, it is not guaranteed that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, work identically on every device, or that third-party sports data will always be accurate and current. To the extent permitted by law, Soccer Match cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from service interruptions, technical errors, third-party service outages, sports data errors, user errors, device or connection problems and loss of virtual in-game values. This provision does not remove liabilities arising from the mandatory provisions of applicable law that cannot be limited.
14. Changes to the Terms of Use
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. For material changes, users may be informed via in-app notification, email, a website announcement or publication of the updated text. The current Terms of Use are published in the app or at https://soccermatch.supalab.org. Continuing to use the app after the updated terms take effect may mean that you accept the new terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For disputes, without prejudice to applicable mandatory consumer-law and jurisdiction rules, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
